02The problem

Specialty exam preparation hasn't moved past the video library.

Doctors preparing for NEET SS, NEET PG and international licensing exams juggle lectures, notes and question banks that don't talk to each other.

1

Hours of content, no direction

Learners work through hundreds of hours of lectures without knowing which topics will actually move their score.

2

Blind spots stay hidden

Question banks report a score, not why an answer was wrong or what to study next.

3

Learning and practice are separate

Videos, notes, MCQs and mocks live in different places. The learner has to connect them.

4

Expert access doesn't scale

The best faculty teach one classroom at a time. Doubts wait days for an answer.

High-stakes exams, prepared for with low-precision tools.

03The solution

One platform that connects teaching, testing and feedback.

MedExamsPrep assesses performance, identifies knowledge gaps, recommends a study plan, links lessons to practice questions, explains answers from approved material and tracks progress.

Step 1

Student joins

Chooses exam, specialty, target date and current level.

Step 2

Assessment

A diagnostic test sets the baseline.

Step 3 · AI

Gaps identified

Accuracy, timing and error patterns become a gap map.

Step 4

Study plan

A seven-day plan built around the weakest topics.

Step 5

Learn & practise

Lessons, MCQs and explanations, linked to each other.

Step 6

Track progress

Readiness and topic mastery update after every session.

Then it repeats. Each practice session feeds the next plan.

Question 14 of 35Acute coronary syndrome
0:00

A 58-year-old man presents with 45 minutes of crushing retrosternal chest pain. ECG shows ST-segment elevation in leads II, III and aVF with reciprocal ST depression in I and aVL. Which coronary artery is most likely occluded?

Illustrative content, subject to faculty review

Answer: C, right coronary artery. ST elevation in II, III and aVF indicates an inferior STEMI, most often caused by RCA occlusion in a right-dominant circulation. Left circumflex occlusion can also cause inferior changes, usually with lateral involvement (I, aVL, V5–V6). Exam pearl: obtain right-sided leads (V4R) to look for RV infarction, and avoid nitrates if it is present.

Explain the difference between atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter.
MedExamsPrep tutor
In simple terms

Both are atrial tachyarrhythmias. In AF the atria quiver chaotically, so the pulse is irregularly irregular. In flutter a single re-entry circuit fires in an organised loop, so the rhythm is usually regular.

Exam comparison
Atrial fibrillationAtrial flutter
RhythmIrregularly irregularUsually regular
Atrial activityNo P waves, fibrillatory baselineSaw-tooth F waves (II, III, aVF)
Atrial rate350–600 /min~300 /min
Ventricular rateVariableOften ~150 /min (2:1 block)
Definitive treatmentRate or rhythm controlCTI ablation, highly effective
Common exam trap: a regular narrow-complex tachycardia at ~150/min. Consider flutter with 2:1 block before SVT. Anticoagulation decisions follow the same risk scoring as AF.
